Why not buy your loved one a 40-foot message of love for Valentines Day? Our Graffix Detail boys can decal almost anything with the message of your choice so why not the side of your trailer or van? Imagine…

Your average card wouldn’t have the same effect, would it? Call us if you need more love tips!

We’re all full of love here in Stronend Street, Donna and Sarah, our gorgeous young accounts administrators are always getting offers from the workshop floor, certainly they do the wages so that may be one reason. Pat on reception has been advising us of the company that took their entire staff to Barbados or somewhere equally gorgeous for a week. I’ll bet the taxman, vatman and Customers were very interested! Don’t worry though; we keep our prices so low that we can barely manage a Christmas night out on Company expenses!

Attention all Foden and Isuzu users - we are selling off our left over stock after giving up our dealerships. The crates contain lots of parts that would suit our Customers who run the slightly older models rather than the brand new ones and will sell to the highest bidder very soon. If you would like to see the inventory of parts, give Gerry Cumming a call.

We are also selling off drum silencers to suit Foden & DAF vehicles and vertical silencers to suit ERF and Scanias as well. All have only delivery mileage on them and will sell at a bargain price. Gerry will be able to tell you more.

Our employee of the month is Raymond Stewart who is one of our trailer fitter/coachbuilder s in Trailershop. Raymond received his award for a variety of reasons - his work is quick and exact. He regularly beats our turnaround times and gets your trailer or vehicle back on the road sooner. Raymond is a pleasant quiet sort and will always work on or do a late or Saturday shift when asked, even at short notice. He took a bit of “riddy” when presented with his award though. Check him out on out www.colinhutton.com . Thank you Raymond.

I haven’t bragged about my other interest - The Howwood Inn, for a while. If you fancy a wee Sunday drive or a change to your usual restaurant or watering hole, look us up on www.thehowwoodinn.com New menus and a full schedule for February including Pancake Tuesday’s ‘biggest tosser’ competition! If you know any…

Have a good, busy February and call us if any of your vehicles or trailers requires work.

Regards

Corinne
