of the Month - February 2007
From the 1st of November 2004 we will be running an employee
of the month award.
The winner each month will be announced on the website.
John McCullagh - John has been with us for almost 26 years
and has previously won the title on his 25th anniversary.
This time he has earned through his workmanship rather than
his age! John works on one of the mobile vans and this role
is particularly important as it is a very Customer focused
job and John and his colleagues have to represent our whole
Company when they tackle an on site repair. As a result we
put our best and most flexible men out there to make sure
we can deliver every possible chance of getting the Customers
vehicle on the road. In addition, the hours can be long and
the conditions often very poor. There is no such thing as
“too late” or “too cold” for John
and we only hope some of our apprentices grow to be like him.
