Michael Rodgers deserves Employee of the Month in September
for lots of reasons. On the weekend of 10th September we had
a break in that resulted in most of the Bodyshop tools and
equipment being stolen as well as a good bit of damage and
loss in the offices. As Manager of that Department, Michael
did a great job in the PR exercise of keeping Customers informed,
getting through work with minimum tooling, keeping staff informed
and motivated whilst dealing with the Police and Insurance
as well. It has been a very testing month for all of us and
there are many staff who have been invaluable in their efforts
to maintain or business as before. Thanks to all and Michael
in particular.
