“Scott moved up to foreman of Grahams of Glasgow in October when his Manager left and we needed some supervision in place. Since then he has brought Grahams more into the Colin Hutton Group by making sure his men are represented well and that they are kept more aware of their targets as expected of them by the accountants. Grahams now have better procedures, tighter control over what they are doing and how they doing it and as such have better feedback to allow them to move forward in a tough market. Gerry Cumming is the new Grahams Manager (shown in the picture) and the pairing hope to continually improve to offer a quicker turnaround for the Customer buying a new body for his chassis. Scott was slightly embarressed at his award which explains the pink cheeks!”
